Sunbeam Community Development Corporation (SCDC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1989 with a mission centered on making homeownership a more attainable possibility for families facing housing and financial barriers.

Historical SCDC materials describe housing financial assistance, grants, closing-cost assistance, and second-mortgage financing for qualifying applicants.

Today, SCDC is renewing its community presence across Miami-Dade County and throughout Florida while developing the next chapter of its housing and community-development mission.
